Rachel has spent the last 8 years as a personal trainer and coach. She has studied kinesiology, holistic nutrition, and takes special interest in the link between the mind and the body.
As the founder of Own Your Strength, her mission is to empower those around her to love and appreciate the bodies they have in order to live balanced, happy lives.
Rachel believes that when we change our perception of our bodies, our bodies change.
