2. Go for the orange

An OTF class is a heart-rate monitored training based on the excess post-exercise oxygen consumption effect.
During the workout, the participants go through three stations: first, they run on the treadmill, then sprint on the indoor rowing machine, and then do strength training with dumbbells.
