Avocado Tuna Salad Recipe

What do you get when you take two foods that we love most in the world and combine them? You get straight-up magic – avocado tuna salad! Thanks to this recipe from Dana Artinyan, a Registered Dietitian, we can no do just that! This recipe will knock your taste buds out!

Tuna Salad Ingredients

  • 1 can chunk light tuna (canned in water)
  • ½ fresh, ripe avocado, mashed
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/3 cup red onion, chopped Juice of one lemon
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 10 Kashi Seven Grain Crackers
  • 1 cup carrot slices

Directions

  • Mix tuna, mashed avocado, grape tomatoes, red onion, lemon juice, and pepper.
  • Serve this killer avocado tuna salad with crackers and carrot slices.
