Joshua Iufer

Joshua Iufer is the acting nutrition advisor and consultant for 100%FOOD, a company that provides nutritionally complete meal replacements. Josh is a registered dietitian and also director of operations for the food and nutrition department at Morrison Healthcare, located in the Bay Area. Josh has broad experience in a variety of fields including tech, food development and clinical nutrition. He is also an avid writer, discussing the intricacies of clinical and mainstream nutrition on his blog StarvingDietitian.com. Josh graduated Magna Cum Laude and received his Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Food Science from California State Polytechnic University- Pomona. Josh received his certification as a registered dietitian (RD) through the Commission of Dietetic Registration in 2013.
