BCAAs are basically the building blocks of protein which in turn build muscle. In simple terms, when you consume BCAAs you can trigger protein synthesis then therefore muscle growth – got it?
When it comes to these BCAAs, all you have to do is take 2 of the capsules 30 minutes before your workout with a glass of water (water, water, water). Then simply get to killing it with your workouts.
