Natura Formulas BCAAs to power you
Many of us are looking for ways to build muscle, recover faster and burn fat after a killer workout… well duh!
Who wouldn’t want that?
So what are BCAAs? BCAAs are sort of nature’s way of helping us do that. These Branching Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) trigger protein synthesis which therefore helps build muscle and recover faster. Plus, when you have more lean muscle you burn fat faster! Check out our review of Natura Formulas BCAAs (1600mg)!
BCAAs to the Rescue
Recover, build, and shred fat – sounds like a win-win-win! Natura Formula’s 1600mg BCAAs are a great way to help you recover and build muscle. I put their product to the test to find out if it really was worth the buy.
BCAAs are basically the building blocks of protein which in turn build muscle. In simple terms, when you consume BCAAs you can trigger protein synthesis then therefore muscle growth – got it?
When it comes to these BCAAs, all you have to do is take 2 of the capsules 30 minutes before your workout with a glass of water (water, water, water). Then simply get to killing it with your workouts.
Of course, in order to induce the most muscle growth and calorie burn we want to perform high-intensity workouts that really push our muscles to the max and blast calories – the norm when it comes to our DIY fitness approach! Along with your workout and nutrition, these BCAAs can help accelerate and enhance your results.
What I really like about Natura’s BCAA supplement is that there are no potentially hazardous, junk fillers that you have to pay extra for like in a ton of the supplements out there. It contains:
- L- Leucine: 800mg
- L-Isoleucine: 400mg
- L-Valine: 400mg
- Gelatin & Mg Stearate (most likely for encapsulation)
That’s it! It doesn’t contain fillers, preservatives, binders, flavors, or artificial colors. So you know you are getting some straight-up, high-potent BCAAs – 1600mg worth to be exact. Just what your body wants to induce a speedy recovery!
Recovery and Growth
So you’ve literally busted your butt putting in a ridiculously hard workout. Well if you’ve pushed yourself to the max you will definitely get 1-2 days of soreness. Usually, day 2 (delayed onset muscle soreness) is an absolute killer. You know what I’m talking about – the “not being able to sit on the toilet” sore – that’s a rough day. BCAAs can help you recover faster and maybe shorten the duration of this soreness.
Having ample BCAAs at your disposal can trigger protein synthesis. This can help your muscles recoup and heal faster. Now, this usually doesn’t equate to no soreness at all, where would the fun in that be? But it can equate to a speedier recovery and Natura’s formula is perfect for that!
Likewise, if you are busting out ridiculous workouts day after day you want to see the best results possible, right? This is a potent amino acid-driven way to build muscle without a ton of fillers and “who knows what the Hell is in it” supplements.
This BCAAs not only helped me recover faster but I started to notice some muscle growth (I only had a chance to try these suckers out for 2 weeks – more results to come).
Lastly, the best thing about having more and more lean muscle mass is that you burn more calories throughout the day. So the more muscle mass you put on via your nutrition and fitness regime the more calories you burn throughout the day. #naturaformulas
When it comes down to getting the most out of your workout and really helping start that painful recovery process, Natura Formulas BCAAs are a great choice.
They are potent, not loaded with the typically crappy fillers, made in the USA, and they work!
With the proper DIY fitness and nutrition plan, this could be a great way to accelerate your results! We give them a 4.67/5!
