  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Salad Ingredients

  • ½ cup broccoli florets, chopped
  • ½ cup carrots, grated
  • ¼ cup edamame, cooked
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup romaine, chopped

Salad Directions

  1. Whisk all vinaigrette ingredients together.
  2. Pour 3 tablespoons into the bottom of the quart jar.
  3. Layer ingredients into jar in order listed.
  4. Secure lid onto the jar. Store for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
